Case Studies

Case studies from production infrastructure and enterprise delivery.

Real systems I designed, secured, and operate — with measurable operational outcomes.

01

Chief Assistant — Autonomous Fleet Monitoring System

I designed and operate a production AI-driven monitoring system that supervises an 11-service fleet on Proxmox. The system connects Claude Code to live infrastructure through custom MCP servers written in Python, replacing manual health checks with structured reports, service discovery, and actionable alerts.

Problem

Manual infrastructure checks do not scale. They create noise, miss weak signals, and leave teams dependent on human attention for recurring operational health checks.

Solution

I built a production monitoring layer where an AI agent connects to live infrastructure, reads service state, generates structured reports, and alerts through resilient multi-channel notifications.

Outcome

The system reduced manual checking, improved operational visibility, and added self-protection through cross-node replication, external heartbeat monitoring, and documented failover.

Proxmox Host Lockdown — From Public Exposure to Private Access

I authored and executed a repeatable host-hardening runbook for Proxmox infrastructure. The goal was to remove unnecessary public exposure, restrict administration to private authenticated access, and preserve safe recovery paths.

Problem

A Proxmox host exposed management, SSH, clustering, and console-related surfaces to the public internet, creating unnecessary attack paths.

Solution

I moved administrative access behind a private overlay network, enforced two-factor authentication, removed public forwarding rules, tightened host firewall policy, and documented recovery paths before applying changes.

Outcome

The public attack surface was reduced to only the ports required for web traffic, while administrative access became private, authenticated, and recoverable.

Enterprise Workflow and SharePoint Architecture

Across government, education, NGO, and private-sector environments, I delivered enterprise portals, workflow automation, SharePoint farms, K2 applications, integrations, governance, and production lifecycle ownership.

Representative work
  • HRSD — Strategic and portfolio-management system using SharePoint 2019, SPFx, and K2 workflows.
  • Tabuk Emirate — E-services portal with SharePoint Server 2019 and K2-based approval automation.
  • Dar Al Ber Society — SharePoint Online intranet with SPFx web parts and REST API integrations.
